Everyone.net is an outsourced email service. Exchange service is not compatible with Everyone.net, as Exchange utilizes another infrastructure, hence the two services cannot easily be used together.
Everyone.net is independent of this environment, and our own inbound and outbound mail run through our servers.
If an Exchange environment is used in conjunction with the Everyone.net service, we cannot support both products. We cannot troubleshoot issues with your Exchange service, as you should have paid support with Microsoft directly on this.
Users using the Microsoft Outlook products, we do have our set-up guides. We are not able to troubleshoot any issues with using the Everyone.net service with Exchange. We can assist you in supporting your end users with direct setup with our product in their email client.
Local Delivery problems:
With Exchange, local delivery on emails may occur, which is why the products are not compatible. The Everyone.net service requires your MX to be pointed to our servers. The Exchange service typically has your MX pointing to your public IP. Depending on your own infrastructure, messages may never reach certain places.
In addition to this, users will have issues sending mail at times, and as with the set-up, we cannot diagnose certain problems based upon the set-up alone.
If you are having problem sending to your Everyone.net service from your Exchange, you will need to provide us with your Exchange logs for the entries designated outbound from one account to the other. We require you provide this first prior to us checking on our end, as we will need to know the error messages your Exchange environment is seeing for delivery problems.
In summation, Everyone.net does not support the utilization of an Exchange service. If you are wanting to move away from your Exchange service, then we can provide assistance with you moving away from it, but cannot provide support if you are using both services on your domain.
