How to check your current CNAME setting

Using a third party tool such as DNS Stuff.

Go to http://www.dnsstuff.com and check the CNAME update at any time.

Go to the top-right section under DNS LookUp. Type "yourdomain.com" and select "CNAME". Then hit LookUp. We suggest that you run this test a few times in succession to verify that the CNAME record is pointed correctly to "siteurl.everyone.net".

If it does not point to siteurl.everyone.net, this is an indication that this URL is not allowing users to access the web interface for your email service. Please contact your host.
