How to setup a fully-branded URL

Your Web Mail service has a fully-branded URL (web address) if you obtained a brand new domain name (e.g. example.com) through Everyone.net when you first setup your email service (e.g. @example.com), and you have not transferred your domain from Everyone.net to a different domain host:

http://mail.example.com
http://www.example.com
http://example.com

To setup a fully-branded URL with a different domain host, create or ask your domain host to add the following CNAME record for your domain:

anything.example.com. IN CNAME siteurl.everyone.net.

The actual server name is: siteurl.everyone.net. Do not change this server name in any way.

Once you can see the new CNAME record for your domain, contact Support via the contact in your Control Center with your client ID (e.g. c1234567) and the new CNAME record (e.g. anything.example.com).

Note that it is your responsibility to maintain a fully-branded URL with a different domain host. Your users will be unable to access their Web Mail in the event that your fully-branded URL (e.g. http://anything.example.com) becomes unavailable.
