SPF Record Instructions
Everyone.net currently publishes Sender Policy Framework (SPF) data for our domain name, everyone.net, as part of an ongoing evaluation of SPF among other large email service providers.
These instructions do not apply if Everyone.net hosts your domain. Your domain is most likely hosted by Everyone.net if you obtained it through us at the same time that you setup your email service.
To setup SPF, create or ask your domain host to add the following TXT record for your domain:
example.com. TXT "v=spf1 include:sitespf.everyone.net ?all"
You can also include other IP addresses:
example.com. TXT "v=spf1 ip4:184.108.40.206 include:sitespf.everyone.net ?all"
Everyone.net currently recommends the neutral prefix (?) for the all mechanism instead of the fail prefix (-) as SPF is still under evaluation.
